Delivery typically take between 7 and 21 working days to arrive. 
We will send an email to let you know your order has been dispatched. All orders will need to be signed for at the point of delivery.

If an item is out of stock then delivery may take up to 28 days. If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or cancelling your purchase.

Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted on faulty products on the arrival of your goods. Please contact us Immediately.

You must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit/debit card with the price of the products within 10 days after we have received the notice of cancellation.  We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.  We regret we cannot refund any packing and postage costs.

All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.

To return an item to us, please use the returns form that was included in the documentation you received with your order.  Please include your details including your name, email address, the order number and the reason for the return.   Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages. Enclosing the returns form. Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) using the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your order documentation.
